Capturing the playful spirit of the people inside Intel

Intel has one of the strongest brands in the world, and it has achieved this strength through a well-defined creative vision and strict brand standards. So, when we were asked to develop a brand extension for their Employee Recognition programs, we had the challenge of rigid boundaries in which to create as well as the gift of richly defined character development in their corporate voice and persona.

Intel embraces the balance of their quirkiness, vision, and intelligence. They proudly accept the term “geek” as readily as they do “visionary.” They don’t take themselves too seriously, but they take their work very seriously. This made the creative process a lot of fun.

Once the program brand was defined, we developed the associated communication materials to support the program. These include: user interface design for the portal, mobile app, e-cards, service award certificates, and more.
