Mercer is a global consulting leader in talent, health, retirement and investments. They help clients around the world advance the health, wealth and performance of their most vital asset – their people.
To support their consultative business, Mercer conducted an in-depth study into the needs, preferences, and opinions of employees across the globe. The data was extensive and provided keen insights into the minds of employees. This data was then shaped into a campaign titled “Inside Employees Minds” to promote selected elements from the study as a teaser for the larger report. To represent the data, we created information graphics that could be used on a campaign microsite, in posters, by direct mail, and throughout social media.
